22. First Aid for Common Injuries Taking action in case of emergencies 1. QUICKLY ASSESS THE SITUATION What has happened? An accident? A bout of illness? Explain shortly what has happened. Give the location (address, building, ship, production hall). Give answers to the questions. Don’t hang up before given permission to do so.
